The selection is fairly poor right now. Last time had a large greasy serving of fries as it was the only thing I could find. Mexican food is all made with animal products. There is a new Chipolte (Mexican) opening up, well it has been under construction for a few months now, which has Vegan and Vegetarian options in other locations. Can't wait!

Did a quick walk and took some notes on food choices during my last Virgin America flight...

Some choices for now, still need more research into these places.
Max and Erma's host did not know if burger was vegan or not. Didn't get to ask if cooked on the same grill.
I think there is a Mexican place but it had no vegan options and likely just your typical cheese for psudo vegetarian. Rice had chicken stock I believe.

Please feel free to add more or email me and I can add for you. vegandoug AT gmail DOT com.
